Client Attraction Systems for High Ticket Coaching and Life Coaching

Sarah Mac - Creative Entrepreneur, Copywriter for Coaches, Personal Brand Strategist, Entrepreneur Coaching

Discover the often-overlooked secret to filling high-ticket offers consistently: sustainable client attraction systems. As creative entrepreneurs, we often resist structure and crave freedom—but what if the right systems actually amplify your creativity while making sales effortless?

Breaking away from random acts of content is the first step toward predictable income. Remember when you'd occasionally post about your work, drop a calendar link, and hope for clients? That approach rarely works. The game-changing results happen when you design actual offers with strategic launch plans that can be repeated and refined no matter what life throws at you.

My very first successful high-ticket offer launch came from following a clear process that moved people through a specific conversation toward my offer—and it worked even when just one person showed up! That single attendee converted into a $3,000 client, proving that systems create reliable results regardless of audience size. Since then, I've refined but not fundamentally changed my approach, because what works continues to work no matter what new changes roll out across platforms and trends.

Effective client attraction systems need three key elements:

1: Sustainability through life's challenges (I built mine during 5 years of chronic fatigue!),

2: Clear tracking mechanisms so you notice when you're not following through,

3: and personalization to your unique circumstances.

Most sales failures happen not because our offers aren't valuable, but because we abandon t

Speaker 1:

What's up, this is Sarah Mack, and welcome to Creative Magic Club. Together, we'll discover inspirational stories of creative entrepreneurs living out their dreams, doing the work they are most passionate about and building wealth in magical and fun ways, while building a six-figure income. As a writer and coach, helping other women to launch their dream businesses, I've connected with so many incredible people and seen it proven again and again that you can thrive financially doing whatever it is you are passionate about. I am here to share life-changing strategies for mindset, making money and reaching more people with your work in a business and life filled with creativity, freedom and fun. Hi, I'm Sarah Mack, here to help you become a six-figure creative by filling your high-ticket offer through authentic storytelling and astrology astrology guided content strategy. And this is the final part in a three-part series talking about high ticket sales and explaining the things that you really need to understand to succeed at filling high ticket offers. So, part one I talked about how understanding my astrology really unlocked, understanding my gifts and how to position my work in a high ticket offer. Last week, part two, we talked all about the really make it or break it skill that makes all the difference when it comes to successfully selling high ticket, and that is confidence and self-esteem, and what even is it and why it's so important and how you can have it.

Speaker 1:

And today we're going to talk about client attraction systems. So, before you turn off because this sounds like a snooze fest because I used the word system let's talk about why it's valuable, because a system is really something that reoccurs repetitively. So, when it comes to money, that's something that we want, right? We don't want money to just come and go occasionally, randomly, but we want it to flow consistently and therefore we've got to have systems. And we have systems, whether we're aware of it or not. And if you're anything like me and you're a multi passionate, creative and you love to follow your intuition and have fun and go with the flow, systems might be something you've had a lot of resistance around. So stay with me because I'm going to keep it so, so simple and if you like this topic, let me know because we can continue diving into this and my own journey and making peace with and not only making peace with, but using systems to support my creative flow and amplify my creativity, my fun and my flow in my life and business.

Speaker 1:

So, before we dive in, I just want to remind you that, if you know you are done trying to figure this all out by yourself and you're ready to nail your message, your pricing and your launch strategy, to launch and fill your high ticket offer this year, and you're ready for mentorship to be really supported, to get to those answers faster, to make those moves without wasting time and energy on things that aren't going to work for you, I do have spots available inside my six month private mentorship. Sell your magic like magic, where we're going to use your astrology chart to get clarity on who the fuck you are, who the fuck wants to pay you and really what your unique gifts and story angles are that are going to attract in those clients that are going to feel effortless and fun to work with and to sell to. So it really does feel like you just being you on the internet as you consistently and repeatedly fill your high ticket offer whenever you want to and have so much fun doing it. So reach out if that is calling to you and let's chat about next steps for applying. So let's talk about client attraction systems. What does it mean? It basically means that whenever you want new clients, you have a system to create them.

Speaker 1:

So let me talk about how I first cracked the code and realized that I had the knowledge and the skills to essentially print money on the internet. Honestly, there's no better feeling in the whole world than coming up with a creative idea to positively impact your community, being able to put it out there and have people buy it and pay you hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars within a matter of days or weeks. How freaking cool is that? That we have the power and the creativity and the tools to be able to do that. It's absolutely mind-blowing. Like our ancestors are just googly-eyed at the opportunities that are available to us right now, and I know that it cannot always feel easy and it cannot always feel fun or straightforward and that we are at the risk of overwhelm and making mistakes and taking risks that don't pay off right away. So let let's talk about it.

Speaker 1:

My very first coaching offers that I was selling in my business were focused on mindset for creatives. I wasn't even talking about money mindset, necessarily when I started my coaching business, and I probably started off how a lot of people start selling coaching offers, which is just vaguely selling it on the internet, like talking about my work, sharing my story and then dropping a calendly link in the comments for people to book a call to work with me and it was not working and, you know, not ideal wasn't feeling that good about it. So I knew something had to change. I hired a mentor, and I hired a few mentors actually, and I went all in on building the skills and learning what I didn't know and, most importantly, having that one-to-one feedback from someone who knew what was really required to fill a coaching offer to actually help me examine what I was doing and what I was not doing, so that I could close the gap. Because when I looked back at the beginning of my coaching business, I saw that I was showing up, I was creating content, I knew what I knew how to do and I'd created clients already for my copywriting agency.

Speaker 1:

But I didn't know what I didn't know when it came to coaching and I hadn't actually created a clear offer and I wasn't even really selling it consistently and I didn't have a clear launch plan that was repeatable from month to month. I was just talking about it occasionally, here and there, and I didn't have all the pieces of a clear sales system that just really effectively moved new people from the internet into my world and into my offer. So when I finally started designing actual offers and planning actual launches, then I started making sales and you know, obviously it didn't immediately work out right away. I sold one spot in my very first group program that I launched and I convinced three other people to take it for free, or I think I did trades with them and then just never took them up on whatever they offered me so that I could run that group program. But it was enough. That one sale was enough to prove that I had a system that worked. And then with every offer and every launch I improved and I tweaked and I understood more and I built momentum.

Speaker 1:

And the very first high ticket offer that I created and successfully filled that actually brought me to my first five figure month, which was a 20k month, was called your creatively fulfilled dream life, a freaking cool offer. I always think about that offer and I'm like I should keep selling that. But you know I've evolved and I've pivoted and the thing with high ticket is you really do have to focus on what is your highest contribution, what is the most value that you hold to your client in the marketplace, and that for me is sell your magic like magic. Now it's you know, but this was the beginning. This was the seed of the curriculum that I now teach. As I always say, your story is your curriculum. Every offer evolves, you right. Every month, every year, you evolve. So that was the first time that I actually worked with a mentor and implemented a clear process and system to move people into my offer. And guess what? It worked. What an amazing feeling.

Speaker 1:

And from there, I honestly haven't changed that much in my business in terms of the daily and weekly and monthly tasks to consistently fill my offers. These, you know, even though the online landscape has changed and it's evolved, the conversation hasn't really changed. For me, even though the topics and the offers have changed, changed, the sales process and the systems that I use to connect with new people, to talk to them and educate them about my work and my offer and to invite them to work with me, it hasn't changed that much. This is the cool thing about when you really master these skills and when you find an actual launch strategy that you like in your business is you can repeat it and no one can take those skills away from you and you can apply them to the different platforms, the different mediums, the different spaces, the different times and places that you want to create and sell things to people. So what was really important for me to have that breakthrough from not really making any sales to being able to consistently fill my offers was having a trackable system.

Speaker 1:

So, as a Virgo rising, I am the daily habit queen. If you don't know my masterclass habits that double your income, definitely check that one out. It's on my website with sarahmackcom, where I share my daily habit process. But just getting to know what are those bare minimum requirements? And remember, I have built my business starting out in a giant burnout slash saturn's return, slash five years of chronic fatigue, flash slash spiritual awakening, slash total mental breakdown, and I've been through a lot since starting my business. So it's had to be flexible and the system has to be unshakable. It has to be something that you can apply even if you are on death's door which I have felt like I have been multiple times when you feel like your whole world is falling apart, when you feel like you know, thank God.

Speaker 1:

Thank God for online businesses that we can lie in bed in a puddle, as long as we have a hand that works and a brain that can string a few sentences together or at least repurpose some content. We can hit post on our social media, we can send out an email and we can maintain consistency with really the bare minimum effort Not that it takes bare minimum effort to fill your launch. It's going to take full commitment and being all in, but the consistency is possible in those times of massive fluctuation. And for me, when I was building my business, I was posting daily. I'm pretty sure I was only posting five days a week because I started my business in a burnout, even though this was like many, many years ago, so it's hard for me to remember, but I've always had pretty good boundaries around resting because I needed it at that point. And then I did some type of free masterclass or event to attract new people and then, once those new people have been through my event, they fall into my regular cycle of launch content and every month I would do a free class and I really experimented with titles and topics and that's still how I operate today.

Speaker 1:

Maybe it's not every month and you know now I've really nailed my messaging so I can create something that can turn into an evergreen piece of content that can last me months and sometimes years and continue to make sales for me. So I finally started making consistent money when I hired someone to help me and started following a sales process in my storytelling because here's the thing we will sabotage, right? And I'm going to tell you a story about a client. He recently just had a breakthrough and pivoted and created a new offering and signed for clients and you know she has a well-established business and she's already been doing great.

Speaker 1:

But there's always going to be those moments that feel edgy because it's a slightly new offer, or it's a slightly new price point, or it's a slightly new way of selling or a slightly new client, and we just will have that resistance and it will feel uncomfortable and our unconscious bless its little heart is always trying to prevent us from changing. So, like with me in the beginning of my business I didn't even notice I wasn't selling, I didn't even notice I wasn't being consistent and, yes, it was the beginning of my journey and I didn't know what I didn't know. But that still happens. If I don't have my eye on the ball, if I don't have support structures in place, my brain will be like, oh, we just can be lazy this week. We can just not follow through on that very simple, very accessible task of posting a piece of content on social media that can lead to you earning tens of thousands of dollars in your next launch. So we're constantly negotiating with that little part of ourselves. It's not because you suck, it's not because it's hard, it's because we're human, and consistency and growth is something that takes a lot of intention and a lot of support, and it's a skill that requires constant refinement and tending to so. This is something that I'm constantly investing in refining. Why? Because I'm always evolving, and so my message and my offers evolve, or at least the delivery or the format evolves slightly, even when that message and the offer maybe are the same for an extended period of time, which has become more of the case for me as I've got further into my career, years of experience in my business and doing the work that I do. But who knows? There might be another pivot right around the corner. We just can never predict.

Speaker 1:

So I remember I was in a sweaty fifth floor walk-up apartment in Queens for a month when I ran a masterclass. According to the conversation that my mentor had laid out to me, I ran it in a Facebook group and I had one person show up and thankfully I've been working a lot on my mindset up until that point because I was not embarrassed, I was not disappointed I mean, I was probably awkward and I was probably had a bright red face because it was so freaking hot in the summer in a apartment in Queens and that one person that came to my free masterclass where I promoted my high ticket one-on-one offer clearly and strategically and she signed up and it was I think it was something like five or 600 a month that she was paying me, so that was around a $3,000 contract. So this is the power of just freaking, following the plan and showing up. One person showed up, one person bought and that was thousands of dollars in my pocket. That was a 100% conversion rate. Imagine if I had just quit and deleted and bailed because there was only one person there. So this is the power of selling a high ticket offer, committing to a clear launch plan and knowing that a small number of people is enough. It's enough to help you make a lot of money. And once that was proven, once it worked, once I received that cash in the bank, that's when I knew I had a system not just the content pieces but the conversation that I was having. And I've since varied the way I show up and the conversation that I was having and I've since varied the way I show up and the places that I'm showing up. And you know, instagram is a very different place now from when I started, but the conversation flow is essentially the same, just a little more nuanced. I'm a lot more skilled and a lot more connected to my work and my people. But the same foundational principles apply. Marketing and sales content should feel like.

Speaker 1:

When I do this, this happens and obviously it doesn't always work according to plan, but the momentum and the results do compound. A failed launch isn't a failed launch. Even if that one person in one of my first masterclasses hadn't bought, maybe she would have, you know, something shifted in her that day, something planted a seed, and maybe she would come back the week after or the week after or the month after or the year after and come back around and work with me. So showing up with a clear plan, with a clear message for a clear client and keeping that consistency, that's how you create a system. That's how you create momentum that leads to clients showing up and filling your offers repeatedly, launch after launch after launch. Even if not every launch is a giant launch, it's all those little actions that lead to those big five figure, multi five figure and six figure goals being hit from your offers over time. So in this system you'll get clear on naming the specific content pieces and when and where they will be delivered.

Speaker 1:

So if you're winging it, it's fallible to human error and life getting in the way when you haven't made that clear decision. Basically, what that means is you have to have a way to notice if you didn't follow through. This is half the battle, honestly, because more often than not we bail on ourselves, more often than not, that we didn't get the result because we didn't take the fricking action consistently, fully and follow through all the way. And half the time we're not making sales because we're not showing up to the sales conversation. So if you lined up all the pieces of content that you've been putting out to promote your offer, would they provide a comprehensive overview of everything your people need to know to feel confident to buy your offer? Or would they know more about what you were up to last weekend or what you think politically or what brand sponsorship deal you just got. Not that there's anything wrong with these other pieces of content, but the way I work with clients, because people who come into my world are here to make a big impact. They're here on a mission and they also don't want their entire life to be their work in their business. So I say let's prioritize the pieces of sales content that actually lead to sales from your offer, and make your channel so freaking clear who you serve and how you serve them, and you will see an increase in sales.

Speaker 1:

And then it's all about building a system that's sustainable for you. So if you have young kids, you're in a particular phase of life. If you have a chronic health situation, you're in a particular phase of life. If you're traveling, if you're moving, if you're going through a breakup, whatever it is that life has brought you in this particular phase, sustainability has to be the number one priority, because what we can stay sustainable in creates momentum that leads to massive results now and in the future. So we have to design your system based on what works for you. This is why cookie cutter approaches and these systems that people turn themselves into a pretzel to try and follow through don't work for everybody because everyone's freaking different. So you know it might take some time and some fine tuning to work it until it's sustainable and enjoyable for you and it's actually working. And once you find that, then you have the confidence and the clarity on exactly what levers to pull to repeat it, to produce repeatable results in your cash flow and your client enrollment.

Speaker 1:

So I want to tell you a story about one of my clients in my mastermind so she designed a new high ticket offer. So one thing that's becoming clearer and clearer to me is I attract industry disrupting revolutionary leaders, people who are here to do things differently, people who don't give a fuck about the rules or the way that it's been done, and there's a lot that comes with that right. There's a lot of imposter syndrome. There's a lot that comes with that right. There's a lot of imposter syndrome. There's a lot of limiting beliefs, worthiness and self-doubt gremlins that can rear their ugly heads when we're choosing to really take a stand for what we value and the direction that we want to move our community in, especially when it comes to high ticket and we're putting a high price tag on the work that we do. So this is usually when people come to me when they have a vision and a mission for a new offer and they want to launch it and they want to charge a ton of money for it and they want to get out of the clouded beliefs or thoughts that are making it feel more complicated than it needs to be.

Speaker 1:

So in this, in in the case of this client, we were just slightly pivoting her message to align with the results that her new offer provides, which is a slightly different client and a slightly different conversation than her existing offers. So she created a special offer to launch the new package and we make sure that we clearly defined the offer. She created a beautiful sales page that made it so clear who it was for and how she helps. Then we developed a very clearly defined message and conversations that she could be having to really get that message across. And then she defined clearly defined the content pieces that she was going to use to get the word out about this offer. So she signed four people so far within a matter of less than a week of beginning to promote it. So she has a proven message. Right now she can rinse and repeat that messaging and even just repurpose those exact pieces of content to enroll more people whenever she wants to fill it again or she can can confidently create more pieces of content. Sharing variations on that message that we have proven will make her money.

Speaker 1:

So she didn't do a specific warm-up or event or free masterclass for this offer in particular, because she'd already been attracting these clients into her world through her membership and she'd done a big promo event and a trial of her membership. So we'd already seen that she was attracting perfect fit clients. So I was very confident that she was quickly going to fill this new one-on-one hire ticket offer that she had been developing. But she's been doing that work. She had laid that groundwork. So when we lead with the message that's specific to the results we deliver in our offer, we naturally attract people who would want to buy it.

Speaker 1:

So deciding when and how to have this conversation is up to you and that's something that you know we can work together on if you'd like to quickly create clarity on your launch something that you know we can work together on if you'd like to quickly create clarity on your launch and when I work with clients, that's exactly what we do. We develop the messaging for your offer. We do that deep work up front. That means all of that effort that you're going to put into promoting it is actually going to lead to paying clients and sales for you. And we'll design the strategy where and when you will share this content, keeping it super, super, super simple on what's already working for you or the way that you want it to be working for you long term in your business.

Speaker 1:

And then we make sure that the way to join your offer is very clearly communicated through strategically written calls to action. So here's where people get tripped up, here's where I come in to close the gap and make sure clients really follow through and get those sales. Number one people hold back on their story because it's vulnerable, like I said, that subconscious is trying to keep us hidden. So we have to actively, strategically focus on not hiding which is the natural inclination for so many of us, including me, and I'm always having to work on that myself and then actually clearly and powerfully pitching your offer. Because even if you have the perfect message and the perfect sales page and you are attracting all the right people who want those results and who want an offer like yours, if you're not pitching it powerfully and confidently and clearly, you're not going to close the gap and actually make sales. So we test and we tweak all of these messaging pieces until it's making you money, and that can take a matter of weeks.

Speaker 1:

But once you get there, you have those content pieces that you can put in your content bank, that you can repost whenever you want to fill that offer, and it becomes easier and easier to launch and sell your offer the longer you do it. And that's when systems become so much easier and you can even start to outsource them and get somebody else to schedule that content for you. So you you're you know, I've had many times where I've been on vacation and I've scheduled repurposed content and I've maybe making sales of thousands of dollars thanks to the work that I did in the past and some of the content pieces that I've created to sell my high ticket offer I've been using for years and have made me tens and tens and tens of thousands of dollars. So this is really a conversation about quality over quantity and making those strategic moves. So when you're building a system, you don't want to just jam it full of crap. You want to very highly intentionally put those building blocks in place that are going to move you to where you want to go and this is the benefit of working with an experienced content strategist is there's no more wasting energy throwing spaghetti at the wall because someone can see your story angles that maybe you're blind to, because it's hard to be objective about who we are because we're so many things. Having someone who knows what's working now, having someone who knows the pitfalls that people generally fall into. So, especially if you've been building community and you have some type of brand awareness around the values that you represent and the mission that you're here to do in the world and you've been nurturing relationships, really creating a clear system with clear content pieces, can make filling a high ticket offer relatively quick and easy.

Speaker 1:

Clients will sign high ticket clients into their offers after working together for sometimes days and weeks, just just a few weeks. It's the precision that makes the difference. So if it's not working for you, then there's a tweak in your messaging and in your process that needs to be made. So there's no point in wasting time blaming yourself. So there's no point in wasting time blaming yourself, blaming the algorithm, letting it be more complicated than it needs to be.

Speaker 1:

Get an expert in there. Hi, I'm here to pull out the pieces of content from you that are going to lead to clients the most quickly now and for months and years to come.
