Welcome to the Creative Magic Club podcast. It is Scorpio season and I don't know about you, but it's pretty freaking intense out here. Yeah, it made me laugh because at this point, I've recorded content prompts based on almost all of the seasons, but somehow I skipped Scorpio season last year and I'm like that tracks. It was probably really fricking intense and I didn't even notice that I didn't create one. So here we are creating some juicy content prompts that are going to help you make more sales, connect with your soul clients and with the Scorpio energy. It's all about desire, so these prompts are going to connect you back to your desire, which is what I want to talk about today, because I've really been feeling reconnected to my desires in my work in a whole new way and it's super freaking exciting.

And I want to celebrate and let you know about this really freaking cool new community event that I launched called Millionaire Witch Club, and let me tell you I have had this on my calendar for a year. I wanted to start it as a local event but you know it's just been a whirlwind, moving all around the world for so many years, finally landing in LA and feeling really settled here, absolutely loving it here, and you know I've been making so many new local connections, so many amazing people in the community here. It's felt really edgy for me to start an event. I haven't run an event for a while in person and that's okay, you know. I just took the path of least resistance for me and I launched it online, which is easy for me because I have the setup and I don't need to leave the house and my my intention is to start running it as a monthly new moon circle locally. So if you are in LA, please reach out and make sure you join the community and I will keep you posted on when I get that up and running, when I found a great venue, but for now, this will be a place for magical creatives to come to work on our money mindset, and my intention behind this full moon circle is to just have that time to really do the work that I know leads to the money breakthroughs.

This is the place where I am leading and sharing the work that I know leads to the money breakthroughs. This is the place where I am leading and sharing the work that has completely changed my life from being super overwhelmed, overworking, under earning, broke, burnt out terrible boundaries, doing a ton of shit I didn't really enjoy. It was exhausting to me to doubling my income two years in a row, launching two businesses, the last of which has been my coaching business, which I've been running since 2017. That has honestly been a dream come true for me. I love the work that I do. I love the freedom that it has brought me in my life.

Yes, there have continued to be ups and downs, but I swear the majority of the ups and downs come through my personal life, not through my business, and I've had six figure years, five figure and multi five figure months as a result of this mindset work and you know, I went from selling $5 writing gigs online to selling five figure coaching packages and it's a result of really doing that intentional work to clean up my money mindset and it's a consistent tool. This is what my upcoming book is all about, and I know that when I create spaces where it's more fun, where we get to do it together, then consistency becomes easier and that was really my intention. That was born from going through my story, telling my story in my book that I have just finished writing I'm so, so, so excited for you all to read where I basically decided to document all of the shifts, transitions, breakthroughs and all of the work and the tools that helped me to clean up my relationship with money and to have way more peace and calm and ease and flow and alignment and to be able to live in a way that feels in integrity and with authenticity for the way that I want to live and express myself and make an impact on my community through my work and in ways that are really really freaking fun in my business. So the reason I have launched Millionaire Witch Club is because, in writing my book and in doing some research for the introduction, I realized that if I don't get to a net worth of a million dollars, I won't be able to afford to retire and live in LA or another major metropolitan city in North America and I've lived a lot of them. I've lived in New York, montreal, vancouver, toronto, la and I love international, like metropolitan North American cities. So I want to set myself up for success to be able to continue to live in these places and not to say that, you know, maybe I wouldn't want to live somewhere more rural in the future.

Speaker 1:

But in moving around so much, that's something I've learned about myself and I've noticed that in people like we tend to gravitate towards places where we've grown up, or you know the complete opposite if we hated where we grew up. And I just love that balance of diversity and culture with also access to nature. So I know I want to be. I love big cities, not being in like the middle, the middle of all of the craziness, but like just outside, because that's kind of where I grew up. I grew up just outside London but I loved having that access and being able to go and have these wild cultural adventures. So that's the world we live in and I feel like being a millionaire used to be one of those things that was like, oh yeah, pie in the sky, some lucky for some. Wouldn't that be nice. But now it's a reality, like if you're not going to get to a million dollars in your investment portfolio that's generating interest and passive income for you, then you're going to have to keep working or you're going to have to rely on the government, and I'm not putting my future in the hands of the government Hell, I don't know. So that's why I started this.

Speaker 1:

I wanted to normalize this conversation. I wanted to get people who you know I feel like a lot of us creatives and magical people who have big hearts and want to make a big, positive impact. We have had complex relationships with money and there's a lot to navigate, so I wanted it to be a safe space to come and feel inspired, to get focused, to really get the bullshit out of the way, so that you can be highly, highly, highly resourced and supported, because I know that when you are, you're going to make a huge, fricking positive impact on your communities and on the world around you, and our world will change and it will be better for all of us. I'm just having so much fun doing this and it was really in reconnecting to my story and why I got into entrepreneurship in the first place and what motivated me and what my vision and desire even is for my work, which has always been to heal our relationship with money so that we can live wildly rich and creatively free and not be limited by it. Because I feel like, as creatives, we're so good at being creative and creating opportunities and experiencing freedom and living life to the full in so many beautiful ways through our relationships, through our creativity, through our art, through our communities, through connection to nature, but money tends to be the thing that gets in the way. So by bringing our creativity to solving our money problems and bridging that gap and seeing that it's just like anything else, it just comes with a shit ton of emotional baggage that leads to resistance and avoidance. That's definitely been the common thread in myself and clients that I've worked with. So if this is landing for you and you want to improve your relationship with money. And my mission for the book is really, when I was thinking through, like, what is my intention, what is a clear intention that is driving this book and and it's called the six figure creative heal your relationship with money, to do more of the work that you love and it was really getting to six figures in my business. That, you know, was really life changing for me, and not only getting there to that amount of money, but getting there in a way that was really joyful and really in alignment and really fun and sustainable for me. And that is my goal for everybody. And I know that if we're all making at least that much money doing our soul work, doing the work that we are feeling deeply called to step into and share with the world again, the world will be changed. The majority of the money that I receive is reinvested into women run businesses, and I support organizations that I care about, and I know that that is the trend when women have money in their hands and we reinvest into things that sustain healthy communities and that center our values of community connection, children, families, good food, places to be together, to connect to nature, to be in community, to express ourselves, to make art, to uplift and empower each other, and that's why I want more resources in the hands of more magical creatives like you. So I just feel really, really, really connected to this desire and it's making business really fun. It's also feels really stretchy.

Speaker 1:

This book has been extremely stretchy for me. It's very, very personal. It's been a hugely healing process to go through my story around all of the traumas that led to my struggles with money, my issues with self-worth and valuing my creativity and being able to sell and promote myself and ask for more money than I've ever received before in my life, and being able to sell and promote myself and ask for more money than I've ever received before in my life and to really take control. And I feel like this is such a Scorpio theme because our desire is so, so, so, so powerful. And very often our desires are born from lack or from trauma, or from struggle or from not having access to things right. And that's one of the journaling exercises we did in Millionaire Witch Club this month, which was to just write down all of your desires. And I've started a new notepad and I am writing every day desires, and the more I connect to what it is I desire, the the more desires I start to notice.

Speaker 1:

And I really think we are so quick to negotiate out of our desires because we're like well, I don't know, I've been desiring that for so long and it hasn't happened, so I guess I'm going to stop desiring that Like, no, your desires are there for a reason. And it's such a potent tool in business and in sales because when you speak from a truly rooted and authentic desire number one, it makes decision making so much freaking easier because you're driven, you're being pulled towards what it is that you want, instead of just making a random decision based off of what your mentor told you or trying to move away from something that's uncomfortable or trying to solve a problem right, and when you are a personal brand and you are showing up and, you know, being a leader of your work and inviting people in to your mission and vision. That desire takes your magnetism to a whole new level when you feel connected to your work in deep, deep ways. Other people feel that and it moves people, and the number one thing that's going to sell things for you is conviction, and our desires are not negotiable, right? Like we desire, what we desire, we all actually desire, obviously, a lot of the same things, but also many, many, many different things. So it's such a powerful tool for navigating entrepreneurship and making the decisions that I have found in the last 10 years of being an entrepreneur, work with way more ease and power than when we're trying to twist ourself into a pretzel to do something that actually we don't care to be doing. So how are these themes playing out for you right now?

Speaker 1:

Scorpio is all about transformation. I have Pluto in Scorpio, which a lot of us do. It's a generational placement, so we are here to transmute darkness into light. We are here to bring alchemical transformation, and you might be feeling that in the air since moving into Scorpio season. It's kind of crazy how I just I really felt the shift this year. I had an amazing, amazing summer. I'm a Leo, so that is my season. I was just right in the way of having a jolly old time and as soon as the seasons turned and we started to shift, I could just like feel it coming. And then, as we have grown closer and closer to Scorpio season, I'm like, okay, here we go, hold on for the ride. It's transformation season. It's time to do some of that deeper work.

Speaker 1:

Whether or not you want to, it's probably coming up for you. You're probably experiencing some emotional intensity. This week has been crazy. Um, tell me how it's been going for you. Send me a DM. I want to hear about it.

And it's about emotional honesty, right, those big waves of emotion that come up, that lead to us really losing control. That's our truth knocking on our door, or that unconscious truths that we have been repressing or avoiding. And it's in those moments where you know it can feel really overwhelming, where it feels like at every corner, that intensity is being reflected back to us through our relationships, through life circumstances. It's all here to set you up to what I like to call emotional zip popping, when it's ready to pop. It's ready to pop and you know you can interfere with that process, but it's inevitable, right? You can try and control it, you can try and smother it in concealer, you can try and ignore it or you can try and dig it out prematurely, but it's going to pop at the time that it's going to pop.

Speaker 1:

So a lot of the Scorpio energy is about releasing control. It's about riding the waves. It's about being willing to go deep, being willing to fall flat on your face and harvest the lessons, harvest the wisdom and, as my energy healer, who I saw this week for an amazing session, reminded me, like we're here to evolve, the soul's evolution is the point. So let go of the small stuff, don't sweat it and remember that we're here to evolve. The fastest path to evolving our souls is to go deep and feel the feels and harvest the lessons from that. So really curious to know how this has been playing out for you. Pay attention to what's coming up for you from this conversation and hold on for the ride. You know, get ready for some drama, if you haven't already been experiencing it, and give yourself some grace and lots and lots of self-care to move through it with compassion and tenderness. So let's dive in to some content prompts. Number one simple prompt is my desire for this offer is and this is my invitation for you to really connect into your why and you can start off with you know your personal why for this offer. That's fine. What are your desires for your life Like? What is it that's driving you to make these offers and to make sales and to serve clients through your business? What do you want that to bring you in your personal life? What are your desires when you're making those sales, when you're making that money? What do you want it for? What do you want to be spending it on?

Speaker 1:

Because having real, tangible, clear desires that you are connected to that is going to motivate you to move through the discomfort, to move through the fear of visibility, the resistance, the procrastination, the mean girl in your head that's making social media feel harder than it needs to be. This connection to your desire is going to lead you to make the big moves. Mean girl in your head that's making social media feel harder than it needs to be. These, this connection to your desire, is going to make you, lead you to make the big moves so you can connect to that personally for yourself. But then I invite you to connect to your desire for the wider community impact of your work. So think about and actually this is an exercise I haven't done for a long time, which just popped into my head, which is so powerful, which I did early on in my business which is to actually work through the ripple effect of your work.

Speaker 1:

So if you help your clients with easing physical pain in their body, let's say that's the result of your offer. So that's your desire, right? You're like I. I've been through physical pain in their body. Let's say that's the result of your offer. So that's your desire, right? You're like I. I've been through physical pain. I created solutions for myself. Now I want to share those solutions with my community because I know that they don't need to be suffering. That is so meaningful for me, that is really important for me. I'm so passionate and driven about delivering my solution around this for my people. Cool.

Speaker 1:

What's the next ripple effect of your client no longer experiencing physical pain? What then becomes available to them in their social life, in their family life, in their health, in their work life, in their finances? How are they better able to show up and create positive momentum in all of those areas? And then what is the next ripple effect out from that? Okay, well, if they're no longer in pain, they're able to show up for their kids. They're able to show up for their partner. They're able to take that adventure that they've always wanted to. They're able to show up for their partner. They're able to take that adventure that they've always wanted to.

Speaker 1:

What's the ripple effect of that? The relationships, the give back, the money made, the money spent, the community impact, the how they get to show up bigger, how they then get to share more of their work with more of their community and just keep going and keep going and keep going and connect to all of those ripple effects, because it's super, super, super powerful Number one to motivate us and to inspire us to speak from that place when we're selling our offers, but also tell that story. You know, tell the story of your desire, and another element that you can tune into here is also the way you desire to deliver that, because sometimes, again, we twist ourselves into pretzels on thinking we need to deliver it in this way and that way and I need to create modules in this way and I need to show up this many times and this many live calls and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Really tune in to what is the desire for you, because whenever I have tweaked my offer to really fit with my desires and my lifestyle, in whatever phase of life and business, I'm in to the place where I'm like oh no, this is going to be super powerful for the client and it's going to be even easier, more fun, more straightforward, more in alignment. For me, that kicks my sales into high gear. I alignment for me that kicks my sales into high gear. My desire to sell. It increases. So my content is better. I follow through on my launch with more commitment. I make more money.

Speaker 1:

So this is a really, really powerful prompt and obviously you don't need to tell the stories about the personal desire, for you know your backend for the results in your own life, but in your content, you lead with your desire for the client. So tell that story. Why do you desire to offer this to them specifically? And you can tell your personal story of how that desire was born. Because our desires are there for a reason, right.

Speaker 1:

So next prompt number two the truth about why I created this offer is and this is where you actually get to tell the truth about how you came to this work, how it has transformed your life and why you're passionate about sharing it with others. And this is like the story of your offer and this is one of your key brand stories in your messaging and your launch content. Because so often we create something because we're like, well, I just need to make money and I saw somebody else making this offer in this way, and so I thought that would work for me, and so I decided to sell this. That's not super motivating. Can you see how you're not actually connected to an embodied desire in that story, even though it may be true? But there are always deeper reasons why you're doing the work that you're doing, even if you haven't connected to them with this precise offer and this precise launch that you're in. So connect to that. You know why did you choose this over something else and maybe you know this is going to bring up some questions for you or stimulate and inspire some ideas that you like even more than what you're currently running with.

Speaker 1:

So tell the story of how you got to doing this work and you know why you decided to make a whole freaking business around it or a whole offer around it. Share that with people because it helps them to understand you. That with people because it helps them to understand you. It helps you to connect to your true embodied motivations and it just is going to feel more real, it's going to feel more grounded and it's going to give people more to connect to you in your messaging around your offer. So this is all about leading with the truth. When we get in our heads, when we're second guessing how to talk about ourselves and our story, tell the truth. Lead from desire.

Speaker 1:

So prompt. Number three what is the alchemical magic of your work? So, considering the Scorpio theme of transformation, I want you to be so, so, so clear on where you were before you offered this work, the real, raw truth of it and where you are now the real, raw truth of that. And you have to be willing to share the challenges of where you were before as much as the celebrations and the wins as where you are now. And believe me, this is one of the biggest ways that I see clients holding themselves back. That is, preventing them from making more sales is we're so often comfortable. Being like this is what I struggled with. This is what's been hard for me. Look how relatable I am. But the reason why people hire you is because of the results that you've created. So you have to be able to firmly stand in that. You have to be proud, you have to be confident, you have to have conviction around the power of the transformation of your work.

Speaker 1:

So dive into these prompts. Make sure that the really juicy, emotional truth that comes up for you in these prompts ends up in your messaging and your storytelling in connection to your offer, and I guarantee you you'll get more engagement, you'll get more interested clients and you'll get more sales.
